High Speed Dissolvers by KRS
A high speed dissolver is the standard machine for bringing solids into a liquid: pigments and fillers into paint, ink or coating bases, and powders into chemical formulations.
KRS dissolvers are configured for the vessel, batch size and product you work with, and are supplied with their own control panel.

HOW IT WORKS
The working principle
Vortex
A toothed dissolver disc on a vertical shaft rotates at high speed inside the vessel and draws the product into a vortex.
Shear
Intense shear at the edge of the disc breaks up agglomerates and wets the solids.
Distribution
The circulating flow distributes the solids evenly through the batch.
